Same energy
Design books against canal glass. Come for one monograph, leave with a tote and zero regret. Best when the water throws light back at the window.
Coffee-table books as objects. Fashion monographs you won’t finish. Gift wrap alone is a reason to go. I buy one I can’t carry and regret nothing.
Anti-Montaigne. Raw energy, weird finds, ateliers you’ll only hear about from friends. Climb for the park view. Stay for the thrift.
